Service Merit Award Application
The 2015-2016 Service Merit Award Application is now available. Click here for the application. Forms are to completed, signed and returned to the High School Main Office no later than Friday, April, 8, 2016.
The dates for Summer Academy (formerly known as Summer School) are June 20-July 28th. Please plan accordingly. Any question, please contact the Main Office.
If you have moved in-district or out-of-district, an Address Change Form must be completed and Proof of Residency is required. Click here for the form.

Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, March 10th from 4:30-8:00pm. Click here for the request form or a hard copy can be obtained in the Main Office. Forms must be returned by Monday, February 29th. Appointments are required and are scheduled on a first-come first-served basis.
