Attention Students! An important reminder that the Manufacturing Career Expo is on this Thursday, October 18th at Davian's! If you are interested please pick up a permission slip from Student Services.
You MUST return the permission slips to Student Services by this Wednesday. You can also give it to your teacher if your class is planning to go. You have to have the permission slip signed by a parent to be able to attend this event!

Attention Juniors! The PSAT (Preliminary SAT) will be offered at MFHS TOMORROW at 8:00 a.m. The PSAT is a national standardized test that measures critical reading, math and writing skills and it is the qualifying exam into the National Merit Scholarship competition. To sign up for the PSAT please visit Student Services. More information and a preparation guide are available. The cost of the PSAT is $17.00 due on test day.
Attention Seniors! I you signed the Wisconsin Covenant Pledge when you entered high school, you much complete the confirmation process by March 30, 2013. Visit www.wisconsincovenant.wi.gov to complete your Senior Confirmation and Record of Service form. These completed forms must have signatures from you, your parent/guardian and your high school principal.
Elmbrook Memorial Hospital is offering a Medical Explorers program on Tuesday, Oct. 30th from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. This program will offer you a behind the scenes look at medical careers and hands-on experiences. This event needs registration. See your Biology, Chemistry teacher or Mrs. Schuster in Student Services for more information.

This is fast growing field with many job opportunities - A robotics operator, a manufacturing engineer, a machine operator, a design engineer, a pharmaceutical researcher are some of the names of careers in the field of manufacturing just to name a few!!!
Thursday is the Manufacturing Career Expo at Davian’s Conference Center in Menomonee Falls!! There will be over 43 booths from various area manufacturing companies like Harley Davidson and Quad Graphics and post secondary technical schools like ITT Technical Institute, MATC and WCTC! All there for you to explore and get exposure about this exciting field!!
Our Menomonee Falls High School is taking a bus over to this event during 1st, 2nd and 3rd hours on Thursday morning. Student Council! Our senior citizen Packer Profile is this Sunday. We need volunteers from 8AM-3:30 PM. We do have several shorter shifts available or you can sign up for the whole day. Please sign up on the student council facebook page, or on the sign-up sheet outside of the library.

There will be an informational meeting held this THURSDAYfor the upcoming 2012-2013 Gymnastics Season. Important consent forms will be distributed.
